At Cora by Kaurs, each garment is a celebration of timeless craftsmanship, thoughtfully designed and meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans. Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, limited production, and handcrafted detailing, all purchases are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

No Returns & No Refunds

All orders placed with Cora by Kaurs are considered final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind or personal preference
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Colour variation due to screen resolution or photography
• Delayed delivery caused by courier services, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control

We encourage our customers to carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and care instructions before placing an order. Our Customer Care team is always available to assist with sizing and styling guidance.

Exchange Policy

An exchange will only be considered if:

• You receive an incorrect product.
• You receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect.
• The product is significantly damaged during transit.

Any such request must be made within 48 hours of delivery by emailing your order details along with:

• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging
• An uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment the package is opened
• Requests submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Handcrafted Products

Every Cora by Kaurs garment is individually handcrafted. Minor variations in embroidery, print placement, weave, texture, beadwork, or embellishments are a natural characteristic of handmade products and should not be considered defects. These unique details make every piece one of a kind.

Made-to-Order & Customized Pieces

Customized, personalised, altered, and made-to-order garments cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production has commenced.

International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local government charges applicable in their country.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier services.
• Cora by Kaurs is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or unforeseen logistical disruptions.
• If a shipment is refused by the customer or returned due to unpaid customs duties or an incorrect shipping address, any additional shipping or handling charges will be the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before production or processing begins. Once production has started or an order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your garment, please follow the care instructions provided with your purchase. Damage resulting from improper washing, storage, alteration, or handling is not covered under our policy.
